Return Policy
Merchandise shipped in error by our shipping department may be returned for credit IF the error is reported within 5 days of receiving the product(s). We will pay the return shipping cost. Any other returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. (Maximum of $15.00 per bow) Merchandise may not be returned after 10 days of receiving the product(s). NO Exceptions. Merchandise that is returned will recieve Store Credit only. For returnable items you must call or e-mail customer service for a "Return Authorization Number". This number must be placed on the outside of the carton or your order will be refused by the receiving department. Special order items may NOT be returned. Backorder Policy If an item is out of stock, you will be given the option to back order the out of stock item. No item will be back ordered without prior permission from you. If an item is back ordered the entire order will be put on hold until all items are available. Shipping Policies
We do our best to process orders within 24 hours with most orders being shipped within 48 hours. Although it may not take that long, Please allow 5 to 10 business days to receive your order. Bow orders ship Free. Orders $250.00 and Up free shipping. A Flate Shipping Rate of $12.75 will be applied on all orders without a Bow or under $250.
DSB Enterprises LLC, does not warrant that a person may legally purchase, possess, or carry specific items offered on this website according to federal, state or local laws. These items include, but are not limited to compound bows, recurve bows, longbows, or crossbows. A person placing an order for such items on this website warrants that he or she is an adult and is under no legal restrictions which would prohibit such person from ordering, owning, possessing, or transferring these items under applicable federal, state or local law. Defective or warranty items are repaired or replaced by the manufacturer. Product must be returned directly to the manufacturer. We will supply you with the address, phone number and any assistance you may need. Goods damaged in transit: If there is visible damage to a package, have the driver note the damage on the delivery slip and notify your local Fedex or UPS office. Keep the package in its original packing for them to inspect. Notify us that the package will be picked up by UPS or Fedex. If the package looks in good condition but the contents are damaged, contact us and save all packing materials. No credit will be given if the original box and packing are destroyed. |
