Quality Archery Bows accepts returns and Exchanges within 5 days of receiving the product.  Items must be returned in the original packaging in new and unused condition. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee (the 15% restocking fee not to exceed $20.00 per item).

Returns will not be accepted for discontinued items, sale items, special order items, custom-made items such as custom arrows, eletrical parts, liquids, chemicals, swimwear,or lingerie . Special orders once placed with the manufacturer can not be canceled.

When returning product we recommend the use of an insured and trackable shipper such as UPS or FedEx. We do not accept COD or damaged packages.

Credit for returned merchandise will be applied to your credit card less the 15% restocking fee.  Original shipping costs and return shipping costs will not be refunded.

To return item(s), you must e-mail customer service  with the reason for the return.  We will then issue you a "Return Authorization Number" and return instructions. The RA number will be valid for 7 days and must be placed on the return address label and the product returned within 7 days, or your return will be refused by the receiving department.

Items must be in its original packaging (tags ect..) and in unused condition.

 

Shortages

All product shortages must be reported to Quality Archery Bows within 2 days of receiving the order or the claim will not be allowed. 

Damaged Goods

If there is visible damage to a package, have the driver note the damage on the delivery slip and notify your local UPS office. Keep the product in its original packing for UPS to inspect. Notify us that the package will be picked up by UPS.

If the package appears to be in good condition but the contents are damaged, contact us and save all packing materials. No credit will be given if the original box and packing are destroyed.

Defective Products

Defective items are not warranted by DSB Enterprises, LLC. Returns of defective products are subject to manufacturer approval. We will provide any assistance necessary, but we will not accept the return of defective items without manufacturer approval.
