Standard Shipping Method Our standard shipping method is UPS; however, we may use USPS or FedEx depending on the product(s) ordered and the location of shipment. Out of Stock Items & Backorders
If an item is out of stock you will be contacted via email within 24 hours. If you choose to backorder an out of stock item, your credit card will be charged at the time the backorder is placed. Cancelation of a backorder may result in the standard 15% restocking fee.
Order Changes Once you submit your order to Our Store and it has been processed and shipped we can not change or cancel your order. Please make sure you want the item(s) before you submit the order. Orders are processed within minutes so cancelation may not be possible. To cancel an order call 855-472-2697. Any changes or cancellations after shipment will be subject to our return policy. Fast Service We understand that once you place your order, you want to receive your package as quickly as possible. All orders are typically shipped within 24 hours of placing your order. Please allow 3-7 business days from the time you place your order for delivery. All orders received before 1pm PST are usually shipped the same day provided the item(s) are in stock. Any items that can not be shipped within three days are considered not in stock. We ship Monday through Friday, orders received on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.We can not ship to Post Office Boxes, a Street Address is required. All orders receive email confirmation of shipment and are updated on the Order Status page. Orders paid by check (including electronic checks) will be shipped once funds have been received provided the product is still in stock. Custom-Made Arrow Orders Custom-made items, such as fletched arrows, may take longer than 24 hours to ship.
Special Orders As a servie to our customers, we will special order items not typically stocked by our supplier. Special orders for non-stock items will be placed with the manufacturer within 24 hours. Delivery time for this type of special order will vary depending on delivery time by the manufacturer, typically 4-6 weeks. Special orders can not be canceled once they are placed with the manufacturer. Tracking Your Shipment Once your product has been shipped from our warehouse, we will send you an email that will include a UPS, USPS or FedEx tracking number along with a link to the appropriate web site. This will provide you with an estimated date that your order will arrive. It may take the shipping carrier approximately 24 hours from the time you receive our email notification for them to update your tracking information in their system. Why is there a standard shipping charge for the small orders? We receive this question from our customers quite often. Most factors impacting the cost of shipping a small or large order are fixed. These include the cost of someone to fill the order, process the order, to print it, pack it, tape it and create the UPS label for it. There is also the cost of the materials including the box, tape and packing materials. We also have customer service available that can answer your question about your order and/or follow up with UPS with the status of your shipment. If UPS can't immediately locate your shipment, we reship your order.
